About Ivan Todorov

Ivan Todorov was born on 22 February 1926 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
He started his career as a performer in the dance composition of the high school with the Director of Ruska Koleva, then continued as an artist in the ballet of the Sofia Opera.
Ivan Todorov is one of the most prominent Bulgarian choreographers with a significant contribution in the development of Bulgarian stage dance as a performer, artistic director, producer and pedagogue.
